The Vertex is proudly designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM) - one of the largest and most ifluential architecture, interior design, engineering, and urban planning firms in the world. Founded in 1936, SOM have complated more than 10,00 projects in over 50 countries.

The project aims to set new development standards both commercial Office, Luxury Residential, and Sustainable Design in Ho Chi Minh City, in part by attaining a Gold certification under the LEED* 2009 Standard for Core and Shell, as specified by U.S.Green Building Councill (USGBC).

All building components and systems, material selections, sourcing annd construction, and ultimate indoor Environment benchmarks for quality follow the LEED Gold scorecard of US standards. The Vertex will surpass the LEED Gold scores.



The contemporary Facade is inspored by traditional concepts of the use of bamboo structures, which is a very rich component of Vietnamese built traditons.

Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE)  ambition is to create a flag-ship project setting new standards for design excellence and quality within the city. The Vertex facade design performance with its low solar heat gain co-efficiency (SHGC) of onlyy 0.23, by far surpasses the certified requirements.

The double Low-E silver layer glass and the aluminum frame dramatically cuts internal heat gain from the sun, while maintaining natural light levels into every corner of the comercial officels an apartment. This glass specified prerformance allows 50% of all-natural light to enter the building without any negative glare effects.

With this facade design allows The Vertex to be defined as the best mixed use development in VietNam.
