Project Midtown Modern

Midtown Modern is a new residential project in the mega mixed-use Guoco Midtown and Guoco Midtown II. Situated at Tan Quee Lan Street, this new combined master development by GuocoLand Limited boast a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 1.5 million sq ft on a 3.2-hectare prime Singapore Central Business District (CBD) land. This large development in the CDB will be known as Guoco Midtown.
